Jim is a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota who serves the northeastern area of the Twin Cities, from Hugo to Woodbury. His passion lies in helping families find the perfect home on either side of the river. Jim has been a top-performing agent with Counselor Realty since 2001. Over the years, he has sold new construction homes and helped individuals and families buy and sell existing homes throughout these beautiful communities. He enjoys using technology to better serve his clients and stays ahead of the curve by understanding and utilizing the many beneficial online resources available today.

Jim holds a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, which has proven to be a valuable asset in his real estate career. His strong business background provides a comprehensive understanding of the financial and operational aspects of buying and selling property, and helps ease his clients’ concerns by clearly explaining the transaction process and its impact on their financial stability. Jim is active in the community and participates in the White Bear Lake Chamber. With his love of the outdoors, he also serves as President of the Minnesota Waterfowl Association, East Metro Chapter, which is involved at both the state and local levels. In addition, he teaches gun safety training and enjoys being involved in family activities, sports, and church.
